PCX-ToolBox 2.1

Version 2.1 is primarily a maintenance update from version 2.0.  The update
incorporates the following changes/additions:

þ Support was added for extended memory and virtual disk memory as well as
continuing support for expanded memory.

þ 2.1 now requires only 384K conventional ram memory.  Version 2.0 required
512K ram memory.

þ Bug fix:  A buffer created for pcx image manipulation in some tools would
occasionally cause some systems (especially those with no expanded memory
available) to lock up.  This was fixed in this version.
